moon seems a easy theme but a hard one because what ever you draw could be and most likliy wll be a easy way out. im going to thumbnail lots of ideas and just go with the one that i like and not think about what others will have drawn.

i spent around an hour going back and forth with ideas. i cam up with the bears climbing the hill in the moon light from a late night vision if you will. every time i thought of mooon i just saw wolves so i tried to think of somthing a little different and i experimented with different animals and fell in love with this one.
below is my ruff quick sketch of some bears but whilst drawing this i felt that this was preety much all i had to do i can scan the image in and make it darker on photoshop
below is my final image. i love this image im happy with the out come of the moon. i got that by making lots of brush textures and multipliing them and then taking a swatch colour from a picture of a moon to colour it in. when merged together i was left with what looks like a still of the moon. so happy. i like the simpleness of this for sure. theres not a lot going on, theres no battle on the page i feel that its well balanced. i think the mass black on he piece is weighed out by the brightnes of the moon.
