after my digital experiment using minimal colours, i decided to make a digital experiment with more complicated pallets and methods. and to compaire the two and to see witch parts of the pictures better from the other and hopfully ill have a better understanding of what needs work and what dosnt.

first of all i started to make some rough ideas for the character on my work. i enjoyed working with the character beforer because i think hes now importent to set the mood due to getting the message across on his clothing. i didnt want to explore much on his cloths but just his head and maybe head gear. i dont want to do the cloths because the cloths i will focus on whilst im on the page that way it will be inspired from the location chosen on the page.

this is a concept to the final idea for the character.

i decided to leave behind the inspired art style from jared muralt for this one. again i can compare the two images.

again im happy with the result with this not for the drawing but for my growth in photoshop. i feel im getting the hang of it now. long way to go but getting there.

comparing both images is hard i like both of them for the both reasons. love the colour love heaviness and simpleness of them both. this one is less cartoon and more on the road of observationally correct. i think it will be a case of choosing one to fit the audiance or what will better in the competition.
