Tutorial
Had a really good tutorial with Teresa. We spoke about all of my work and left no area un spoke about.
We first spoke about were my work is at the moment after. The discussion we had about my work and coming away from digital. I explained that I was pretty bummed out by it and that I did feel like all that work was for nothing at the time...who wouldn't ...but the tutors helped me adapt it and with that direction I'm at a much happier place with my work. I am great fun and oppritate the kick up the Arsenal and the bluntness it's was most of us need in the studio!( She needs to draw on my work more ) Teresa was happy with my plans of action she was happy with my screen print plans to make drafts and tests. I dropped the bomb shell of telling Teresa that I'm going to make 3 screen prints and a concertina... She was worried that my efforts will be doubled and that affect could go into one of the ideas and have twice amount of quality but she did say that I do work fast and she knows I wouldn't submuit somthing less than high LEVEL work BUT she recommends that i don't and I make a dissition and stick with it. I do feel I should but I still can't make my mind up with would work better as a final out come so I'm going to make drafts and thumbnails of both and see were I go from there, I still have the time to do both so the option is there for sure.
We also spoke about different ideas of how I could produce a publication. We spoke about my strengths and weaknesses and discussed what would work and wouldn't with them and I came away with at least 3 good ideas to rainstorm from.
I think she was happy with my blog and the work load I have. We made a student action together and decided to have everything ready for screen print- a basic storyboard and sting plus moving sketchiest. And one issue uploaded to my blog.
Over all I came away from the tutorial with more ideas and less stress about the project.
